Finance Solution Test Coordinator, Tampere

About the role

As a Test Coordinator, you will act as the Test Manager’s right hand, ensuring that day-to-day testing activities run smoothly. You will be the go-to person for practical testing topics throughout the testing cycle of each solution release. We hope to see you actively at the office during the orientation phase, after which remote work can be agreed upon flexibly. This fixed-term position and continues until the end of the year.

Work tasks

• Coordination and Support: Manage tester access rights and coordinate test-related meetings and communication.
• Test Management Tools: Maintain and upload test scripts in the QA/test management system (e.g., ALM) and provide support to testers using the tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Test Automation Lead to complement the test automation library with use cases for the new solutions. You will also ensure that manual test scripts are reviewed and completed by internal stakeholders according to plan.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in gathering testing documentation and evidence to ensure the project is ready for audits and final sign-offs (Go/No-Go).

• You understand the basics of software testing and learn new systems quickly (experience with ALM tools or SAP environments is a significant plus).
• You understand basic concepts related to the Finance function (e.g., Record-to-Report process), which helps you grasp the context of the solutions being tested.
• English is the company language - you communicate fluently in English in a global environment.
