About the role
The primary focus of this position is to drive the transition from Workday to the Hailey HR system while simultaneously overseeing the implementation of a specialized payroll management system across 16 countries in Europe and Australia. This is a demanding and multifaceted project that requires a leader who is not content with simply creating presentations but is ready to roll up their sleeves and take full ownership of the implementation process. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the project strictly aligned with the established timetable, acting as the primary internal representative for the organization.
This full-time role is set to begin as soon as the right leader is found, with an initial duration of 8 to 12 months and a strong possibility for continued extension as the project evolves.
Work tasks
You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of critical HR and Payroll system implementation projects across multiple international markets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
- Plan, coordinate, and drive project execution aligned with established timetables
- Manage the transition from Workday to Hailey HR system
- Oversee the implementation of a new payroll management system across 16 countries
- Collaborate closely with external implementation partners and act as the internal representative
- Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively drive necessary changes
- Prioritize tasks and initiatives to ensure project success and timely delivery
We are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of HR systems and payroll implementation
- Advanced project management skills, with a focus on payroll & HR system domains
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and prioritize effectively
It is meritorious if you have
- Proficiency in other European languages
- Experience with international project rollouts
