This role is crucial in supporting the HR Manager in Otepää Mill, the factory that employs over 200 people. Your weekly schedule could include

Work tasks

As our HR Intern, you will be the "glue" that helps our team shine. Your days will be diverse, including:

• Talent Acquisition: Assisting in recruitment and creating "wow" experiences for new hires.
• Digital HR: Becoming a pro in the Workday system and handling reporting.
• Communication: Drafting engaging internal messages that keep our personnel informed.
• People Development: Facilitating sessions based on your own interests and skills.
• Special Projects: Supporting Plywood-level HR initiatives and local site projects.

• Studies: You have some relevant university or college-level studies under your belt.

• It is meritorious if you already have experience from HR field
