Service & UI/UX Designer (Figma Expert), Espoo / Remote

About the role

As a Service & UI/UX Designer, you will guide projects from initial discovery through to concept development and final high-fidelity prototyping. Working within a cross-functional team, you will translate complex business needs into seamless end-to-end service experiences.

Work tasks

You will lead the discovery phase and execute detailed interface designs, ensuring every touchpoint of the service is user-centric, visually polished, and technically sound.

• Lead user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting activities
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define and align on service goals
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Create high-fidelity UI designs in Figma ready for developer handoff
• Utilize and contribute to established design systems for consistency
• Validate design concepts through user testing and iterative feedback loops
• Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure design feasibility

We are looking for

• Strong skills in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and variants
• Previous experience in Service Design for digital products or services
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles and high-fidelity prototyping
• Experience creating customer journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with B2B or enterprise-level digital services
• Good understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Prior experience working with and maintaining established design systems
