About the role
As a Service & UI/UX Designer, you will guide projects from initial discovery through to concept development and final high-fidelity prototyping. Working within a cross-functional team, you will translate complex business needs into seamless end-to-end service experiences.

Work tasks
You will lead the discovery phase and execute detailed interface designs, ensuring every touchpoint of the service is user-centric, visually polished, and technically sound.
- Lead user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting activities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define and align on service goals
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Create high-fidelity UI designs in Figma ready for developer handoff
- Utilize and contribute to established design systems for consistency
- Validate design concepts through user testing and iterative feedback loops
- Collaborate with product owners and developers to ensure design feasibility
We are looking for
- Strong skills in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, and variants
- Previous experience in Service Design for digital products or services
- Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles and high-fidelity prototyping
- Experience creating customer journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows
- Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with B2B or enterprise-level digital services
- Good understanding of Agile product development methodologies
- Prior experience working with and maintaining established design systems
