About the role
As a Lead Engineer, you will play a central role in the technical development and change management of sub-systems and components within automated product platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with system architects and stakeholders, and contribute to the overall direction of key product roadmaps. Work tasks
- Lead R&D projects in line with sub-system roadmaps and stakeholder requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional development teams and manage project delivery
- Translate business needs into practical, innovative engineering solutions
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and system integration activities
- Manage risks, schedules, and resource planning
We are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Automation
- 3+ years in project management (PMP/Agile/SAFe certification seen as a plus)
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
- Knowledge of relevant technical standards and design tools
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
