About the role

As our client's Change Manager, you will be pivotal in advocating for change within the team and towards stakeholders. You'll help to create user-centric concepts, support hands-on implementation, and facilitate community engagement. Your expertise will drive the adoption of digital solutions and improve sales and engineering processes.

You will collaborate closely with the Program Lead, Communication Specialist and the rest of the program team, as well as other internal stakeholders globally. Your home office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo, with hybrid model of working.

Work tasks

Together with the program team, the Change Manager will drive digital solution adoption and support hands-on implementation to enhance sales and engineering processes.

  • Create user-centric concepts for digital solution deployment in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on support for the project teams in the implementation of change management activities
  • Other activities agreed in the concept phase, such facilitate community meet-ups and platforms to promote digital adoption

We are looking for

  • +3 years of relevant work experience within change management
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles and practices
  • Some level understanding of digital solution deployment
  • Full professional proficiency in English, other languages such as French and German are an asset
  • Ability to collaborate in a global complex organization
  • Willingness to build consensus and lead the activities while also working hands-on

It is meritorious if you have previous experience with digital solutions implementation.
