About the role
As a Computer Vision Instructor, your primary goal is to produce and validate high-quality annotation data for AI model training. This role is crucial for improving AI model performance and the continuous development of the RoadAI product, ensuring data integrity, reliability, and technical quality.

Work tasks
This role involves meticulous data annotation and validation to train and refine AI models for road environment analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of visual data that powers our innovative RoadAI product, working closely with development teams.
- Annotate road assets, damage, and traffic signs using proprietary tools
- Inspect video and image material for camera errors, lens quality, windshield damage, and recording disturbances
- Ensure dataset quality, evaluate, and validate AI model results
- Adhere to annotation guidelines and contribute to their development
- Report work progress using Jira
- Collaborating closely with the product and development teams
We are looking for
- Suitable education background (e.g. IT)
- Excellent focus and precision
- Good visual perception and detail recognition
- Ability to work with large volumes of image and video data for several hours daily
- Self-directed and proactive work approach
- Good communication skills
- Basic data proficiency (e.g., Jira, Excel)
- Fluent English (working language)
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous experience in annotation, data QA, or Computer Vision projects
- Experience in an office environment or larger company setting
- Interest in technical learning (basic coding, CV/ML fundamentals)
- Finnish language skills (not mandatory)
