About the role
Luxid Group combines creative design, data, and technology to deliver performance-driven marketing solutions for international B2B clients. The agency is known for producing multi-channel campaigns that engage audiences, deliver measurable results, and elevate client brands.
As a Copywriter, you will work closely with a cross-functional creative team to produce concise, compelling English copy for digital marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey and ensuring that messaging resonates across multiple touchpoints.

Work tasks
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for digital channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media formats
- Craft copy that immediately captures attention and maintains audience engagement throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop personas, messaging, and campaign concepts.
- Contribute to campaign planning, ensuring consistency across multiple channels and formats.
- Work with international clients, including large B2B organizations, producing content that supports global campaigns.
We are looking for
- Proven experience writing B2B marketing copy in English.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, paid media formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to produce concise, functional, and persuasive copy while taking into account strict character counts.
- Experience in campaign planning, concept development, and multi-channel messaging.
- Familiarity with customer personas and client workshops is a plus.
- Previous experience with international clients is highly desirable.
