Dynamics 365 Project Operations Developer, Finland

About the role

This role involves acting as a technical bridge, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to design and deploy scalable enhancements for global project operations. You will specialize in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform solutions, focusing on Canvas Apps and automation.

Work tasks

You will develop and customize Dynamics 365 Project Operations, focusing on high-quality Canvas App development, automation, and integration to optimize global project management and accounting processes.

• Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Project Operations and PMA/PMP modules.
• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
• Create custom workflows, plugins, and automation using Power Automate, Dataverse, and N52 formulas.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures.
• Collaborate with functional teams to streamline project management, resource scheduling, and cost control.
• Troubleshoot system issues within Project Operations.
• Ensure seamless integration between Project Operations and external ERP/CRM/Finance systems.

We are looking for

• Advanced hands-on experience in developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps).
• Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations or Project Service Automation (PSA).
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Power Platform architecture.
• Experience with North52 (N52) formulas and custom workflow activities.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments, specifically using Jira.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically using ServiceNow.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

It is meritorious if you have

• Relevant Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 or Power Platform).
• Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Cosmos DB, or Data Factory).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and data migration tools.
