Electronics Maintenance & Repair Specialist, Etex Oy, Espoo

About the role

In this role, you will become a key member of Etex’s professional maintenance team. Your tasks will consist of versatile industrial electronics maintenance and repair work, such as repairing interacting displays and other small devices. You will work in close cooperation with the sales team to prioritize tasks and evaluate repair possibilities. You will also order spare parts yourself or coordinate with the procurement team.

The work is mainly based at the Espoo office, but occasionally, tasks may involve short trips to customer sites across Finland. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard weekday daytime hours.

Work tasks

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics of industrial electronic devices
• Assessing the repairability of equipment and reporting findings to the sales team
• Maintenance and repair tasks
• Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales and procurement)

We are looking for

• Comprehensive previous experience in electronics repair, maintenance, or assembly (ability to perform low-voltage work and assemble electronics).
• Experience with SMT (Surface-Mount Technology).
• A strong interest in technology.
• S3 Electrical Qualification (or readiness to complete it; the company will cover the costs).
• The ability to interpret technical manuals and data sheets.
• Good working proficiency in Finnish OR English.
