IT Finance Manager, Tampere or Espoo

About the role

In this role, you will manage operational IT finance tasks and actively develop them. You will work closely with Group Finance and act as an expert in IT cost allocation models and reporting. You will also have a concrete impact on future ways of working by implementing AI agents into IT finance processes. You will hear more about the client company as the recruitment process progresses. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Work tasks

• Developing the IT finance allocation model in collaboration with Group Finance
• Implementing AI agents in IT finance to enhance processes
• Managing and further developing operational IT finance topics (e.g., month-end closing, IO opening, guidance, and allocations)
• Actively contributing to various cost analyses and providing recommendations to the business
• Creating proactive finance reports and analysis
• Developing the annual clock for finance activities and managing these activities

We are looking for

• Strong experience in similar finance roles, particularly within IT finance or cost allocations
• Proven ability to develop and implement new operating models and processes
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) in a business environment
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to produce clear reports from complex data
• Understanding of and interest in utilizing new technologies (such as AI) in financial management
