About the role
In this role you get to create new and In this role you are at the forefront of innovation and get to be pioneering the development of IoT innovations and AI technologies to revolutionize the industry. The purpose of this role is to lead development projects such as, but not limited to, the integration of IoT and AI technologies to enhance intelligence, efficiency, and user experience. This work also includes maintaining the system(s) as per the requirements set by stakeholders, system engineers, and architects, and according to the product & solution roadmap.
In this role, you will not only manage projects but also actively engage in testing, building, conducting lab work, ideating, innovating, brainstorming, and more. Ideally, this person should be capable of both managerial and hands-on engineering tasks, spanning mechanical, electronic, and software disciplines—a true multidisciplinary professional who can lead and execute.

Work tasks
- Managing RnD projects
- Engage in testing, building, conducting lab work, ideating, innovating, brainstorming, and more
- Both managerial and hands-on engineering tasks, spanning mechanical, electronic, and software disciplines
- Designing, building and operating prototypes
We are looking for
- Language: English (others seen as asset)
- Education: · MSc or BSc degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working industry experience in Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or a similar field with proven results in Solution Creation activities
- Expertise in project management; minimum of 3 years of experience in managing projects. Studies and/or certification in project management methodology is an advantage·
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies; certifications are preferred (for example, PMP, SaFe, Agile, or others)
