Marketing Specialist, Testhouse Nordic Ab, Espoo

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a focus on webshop and website development to join Testhouse Nordic. This role is ideal for someone who has already gained hands-on experience and is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of their work and driving initiatives forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing Testhouse Nordic’s webshop and website, while also contributing to broader marketing activities such as campaigns, content creation, and events.

Tehtävänkuvaus

Testhouse Nordic offers test and measurement solutions across the Nordic and Baltic countries, representing leading global suppliers.

In this role, your focus will be on webshop and website development, including content optimization, structure, and performance. You will work hands-on with digital channels and ensure that supplier materials are effectively adapted to support sales and customer experience. You will also participate in marketing planning, campaigns, and industry events and trade fairs, working closely with both suppliers and the sales team. You will report directly to the Managing Director. This is an independent role, and we expect you to take initiative and drive development forward proactively.

Työtehtävät

Develop and manage Testhouse Nordic’s webshop and website (content, structure, SEO, usability)
Adapt and localize marketing materials from international suppliers
Plan and execute marketing campaigns together with sales
Support and coordinate trade fairs and events
Participate in marketing strategy and budget planning
Identify development areas and take ownership of improvements in digital channels

Etsimme

A few years of practical experience in B2B marketing or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with webshop platforms, websites, or digital tools
Self-driven and proactive working style – you take ownership and move things forward independently
Good understanding of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, content, campaigns)
Fluent English (written and spoken), Swedish and Finnish are a plus

Experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe), analytics, or technical products is considered an advantage
