About the role

This role involves collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify failure trends and root causes. You will develop and implement strategies to improve product reliability and life expectancy while investigating defective components to recommend corrective actions. Continuous improvement is a key focus, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance reliability. Participation in feedback meetings is essential to address field-related issues and integrate reliability insights into new product development.

Work tasks

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources and monitor and analyze warranty data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement reliability testing protocols and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance product durability.
• Investigate defective products, determine root causes, and collaborate with teams to drive long-term product improvements.
• Prepare reports on reliability performance and ensure all engineering activities adhere to industry standards and regulations.

We are looking for

• Suitable degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
• Some experience in reliability engineering, data analysis, and warranty datamanagement.
• Fluent English language skills, Finnish is seen as a merit.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo drug testing and a health examination.
