VividWorks is a Finnish technology company and a pioneer in 3D visualization and product configuration. At the heart of its offering is an advanced 3D product configuration platform that allows users to customize and visualize products in real time. The technology provides an intuitive, immersive experience that drives customer engagement and satisfaction. VividWorks enables businesses to showcase and sell products online—even without physical samples. Customers can design anything from individual products to entire spaces, including rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, terraces, and full interior makeovers.

VividWorks is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Account Executive to join its growing team. The primary objective of the role is to acquire new customers within strategically selected market segments. The Senior SDR will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospects and conducting discovery calls to closing deals—with performance measured by closed ARR order bookings. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to handle longer, more complex sales cycles. The person in this position will work closely with internal teams and leverage a deep understanding of VividWorks’ 3D configurator and AR solutions to deliver real value to prospective customers.

This role is focused on the UK/US market, which means that some of the work will take place according to US time zones. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is not only accustomed to working within these time zones but also has prior experience with the native English-speaking market and culture. Work tasks

  • Identify and engage high-potential leads in target industries through proactive outreach and networking
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos (virtual and in-person) to present VividWorks’ solutions
  • Develop tailored proposals and drive deals to closure, meeting ARR targets
  • Manage and forecast the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with product and services teams to align customer needs with the VividWorks offering
  • Continuously improve outbound sales tactics through experimentation and feedback

We are looking for

  • Relevant degree is considered an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B software or technology sales
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech solution sales, with success in closing complex deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Native-level English and ability to work according to US time zones
  • Interest in interiors, building materials, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Knowledge of 3D visualization, product configuration, or visual CPQ solutions is highly desirable

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
