Work tasks

This role focuses on hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration, process alignment, and driving continuous improvement within the service management landscape, working closely with stakeholders to translate concepts into solutions.

• Perform hands-on configuration, reporting, and form creation within ServiceNow.
• Assist with service offering requests and address user needs effectively.
• Ensure consistent adherence to agreed-upon ITSM processes.
• Drive development and continuous improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow platform.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Take ownership of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and evolve the Service Catalog from concept to successful implementation.

We are looking for

• Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and form creation.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple ITSM processes and overall service management structures.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English.
• Practical experience as a ServiceNow / Service Management expert.
• Good knowledge of ITIL principles and their real-world application.
