Support Specialist (French-speaking) – IT & Cloud Services

About the role

As a Support Specialist, you will handle 1st-line technical support for corporate clients and certified main users. You will work in a highly international environment, collaborating daily with team members across Europe in English, while serving the growing French-speaking customer base.

Work tasks

• Resolve daily IT and system support tickets efficiently
• Troubleshoot basic Windows server issues, network settings, and log data
• Manage cloud service delivery at a high level and communicate technical solutions to customers via phone and meetings

We are looking for

• Native-level French and fluent English (Finnish is not required).
• Basic theoretical or practical knowledge of IT systems, networks, or cloud services.
• Previous experience in any customer service role (e.g., IT helpdesk, retail, or phone support).
• An active, courageous, and communicative personality with a strong drive for independent information gathering.
