Systems Business Analyst / Remote work

About the role

In this position, you will be at the heart of identifying and analyzing business needs for a critical configure, price, quoting (CPQ) application. The application is tightly integrated with core business processes and interfaced with a global ERP system. You will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team, working independently with limited supervision to drive project success.

Work tasks

• Conducting comprehensive requirements gathering, and defining the scope and objectives for the CPQ application.
• Documenting detailed specifications and validating these requirements closely with business stakeholders.
• Communicating stakeholder needs to the development team by translating complex business requirements into clear system requirements.
• Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts to ensure system alignment with business processes.
• Managing projects and processes independently while maintaining tight alignment with project timelines.

We are looking for

• A proven track record and strong experience in fetching requirements and creating user stories within software projects.
• Previous experience or solid understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) applications and their integration with ERP systems.
• Strong capabilities in technical documentation and translating business concepts into technical specifications.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, as you will be working in a fully international environment
