About the role

As a Business Administrator, you will be crucial in managing various administrative tasks, primarily focusing on SAP-related activities. You will work closely with Digital Service and Marine Propulsion Service teams, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Work tasks

As a Business Administrator, you will mainly handle SAP-related administrative tasks as well as provide general support for the teams.

• Creating and processing sales orders, internal orders, and other SAP order processes
• Handling and reviewing both customer invoices and supplier invoices
• Creating and processing purchase requisitions
• Travel cost calculations
• Providing general administrative support for the team

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background (technical or business)
• Previous experience in order handling
• Previous work experience with SAP
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• Proactiveness and ability to work independently
• Fluent communication skills in English, Finnish is considered an advantage
