Service Coordinator, ABB Marine & Ports, Helsinki

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting ABB Marine’s service operations. Your main focus will be handling small orders and coordinating site visits. You will ensure that repair jobs and service orders are executed smoothly – from planning and communication with engineers and stakeholders to managing SAP orders, arranging logistics, and supporting service staff on site.

Work tasks

• Coordination of service visits
• Small order handling: from defining needs with IT/engineers to processing orders in SAP, managing logistics, and paperwork
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Resource planning and scheduling
• Cost estimation, tracking, and invoicing of service orders
• Administrative tasks supporting the service team
• Arrange dispatch of service staff to site.

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background (technical or administrative)
• Previous experience in coordination, order handling, or customer service roles
• Good IT skills, preferably including ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Fluent communication skills in English, Finnish is considered an advantage
