Business Controller, Huhtamäki, Espoo

About the role

As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in management reporting, financial planning analysis. You will support and contribute to the annual planning process, where a strong understanding of the overall business is essential. Collaboration various stakeholders is crucial part of the role. We value experience in manufacturing or a similar business environment, where you've gained solid commercial insight and the ability to see the story behind the numbers. You will also have the opportunity to take part in business development projects, such as business transformation initiatives.

Work tasks

• Monthly management reporting and financial performance & analysis
• Communication and Collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Supporting and executing annual planning
• Various business development initiatives to boost company’s profitable growth

We are looking for

• A relevant educational background (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering)
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Analytical mindset and a passion for interpreting business through data
• Experience with systems such as Power BI and financial planning tools (e.g., Onestream, HFM or similar)

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is considered an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to reflect financial performance through business
• Effective communication skills

Other information

• Start: August 2025
• Contract duration: Fixed-term contract until the end of June 2026, 37,5 hours / week
• Location: Espoo, People at Huhtamaki work in a hybrid model, combining office and remote work.
