Work tasks

A versatile support role focused on customer guidance, lead management, and operational task coordination within the global container logistics industry.

• Provide dedicated customer support via phone and email
• Respond to a wide variety of customer inquiries across sales, operations and logistics.
• Investigate customer issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
• Guide customers in utilizing the digital portal and mobile application
• Manage the sales inbox to ensure timely responses to global inquiries
• Assist the operations team with ad-hoc administrative and sales support tasks

We are looking for

• Previous experience in customer service or problem-solving roles
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

It is meritorious if you have

• Good knowledge of Finnish and Chinese
• Basic understanding of the logistics or transportation industry
