About the role
As Customer Success Specialist, you will join Vaisala's Customer Success team in Vantaa on a full-time basis. You will join a collaborative, international community with a strong focus on learning, continuous improvement, and customer value. You will be part of a small, high-impact team of three professionals, reporting to the Head of Services, EMEA.
Together with the team, you ensure service agreement customers receive sustained value throughout the agreement lifecycle. You will act as a trusted point of contact for agreement customers, helping them use Vaisala solutions effectively, anticipate service needs, and maintain a seamless customer experience.

Work tasks
This role involves proactive account management and the coordination of service agreement lifecycles for the EMEA region, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Vaisala solutions.
- Managing relationships with assigned EMEA service agreement customers and collecting customer feedback
- Coordinating and executing service agreements’ annual clock activities (onboarding, regular check-ups, agreement renewals) ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
- Contributing to improving Customer Success processes and practices
- Identifying and managing upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
- Providing Tier 1 service sales support for EMEA
- Utilize and explore AI tools to enhance daily workflows and efficiency
We are looking for
- A relevant degree in technical or commercial fields, or equivalent work experience
- Previous working experience in customer-facing roles. Experience in B2B industrial or regulated environments is seen as an advantage
- Experience with using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is seen as a plus)
- Strong proficiency in English. Finnish and German languages are considered a plus
- Curiosity and a growth mindset to explore, learn, and apply AI tools in your daily work. We expect everyone at Vaisala to actively discover how AI can enhance their work.

Other information
- Start: September 2026. The recruitment process will take place in July-August.
- Work extent: Full-time (37,5 h/week). Fixed-term until the end of the year, with a possibility for extension and/or direct hire.
- Location: Vaisala Headquarters, Vantaa. The role offers a hybrid work model, but we expect you to be present at the office frequently, especially during the initial onboarding phase.
