About the role
In this role, you will work closely with the People & Culture team and other internal stakeholders to improve the understanding and utilization of people-related data. You will handle sensitive personal information, integrate and structure data from different sources, and help define and interpret data concepts within the organization. The role does not require coding skills but calls for strong data literacy and the ability to structure, analyze and communicate insights clearly.
This is a fixed-term position until 31.12.2025. The position is recruited anonymously, and the client company’s name will be disclosed to candidates later in the recruitment process.

Work tasks
- Build understanding and insights from People & Culture data for internal stakeholders
- Handle and process personal and sensitive employee data in compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
- Integrate people-related data from various sources and structure collected information
- Combine and clarify different people data concepts; understand what data is being handled, under what conditions, and how it can be used
- Support People & Culture and business stakeholders in interpreting people data
We are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Workday system experience
- Previous experience from HR, People & Culture, or People & Performance related roles
- Strong understanding of data handling and people data concepts (coding skills not required)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain insights clearly to various audiences
- Fluency in English; Finnish is considered an advantage
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous exposure to people analytics or HR data projects
