About the role
In this role, you will be working on-site in Espoo within our client’s data team. You will be a member of a highly skilled group, contributing to long-term projects (first project 12+ months) where complex industrial data challenges are solved with modern technologies. The focus is on Databricks and Python, with AWS experience considered a strong plus.

Work tasks
As a Data Engineer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain data solutions in customer projects, with a focus on complex, large-scale industrial environments. You will work closely with the client’s team, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and efficiently processed for further use.
Your daily work includes:
- Building and maintaining data pipelines on Databricks
- Writing and optimizing data processing scripts with Python
- Supporting data integration and transformation tasks in customer projects
- Collaborating with the client’s team on-site in Espoo (5 days/week)
We are looking for
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles and pipelines
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Availability to work on-site in Espoo full-time
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with AWS (data services, infrastructure, or similar)
- Professional working proficiency in Finnish and other languages
- Previous consulting experience in customer projects
- Background in complex or large-scale industrial projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results in long-term assignments
