Developer (ServiceNow), Finland

About the role

As a Developer you will be responsible for designing end-client processes and ServiceNow applications, managing projects and deliveries, as well as configuring and scripting the platform (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). The role also includes participating in unit and user acceptance testing, documentation, deployments, and leading the integration and expansion of ServiceNow environments. Additionally, the architect will support clients in roadmap execution and operational activities. Your home base is in Espoo, but you can work flexibly from elsewhere in Finland as well.

Work tasks

• Design and define end-customer processes and ServiceNow applications
• Manage projects and service deliveries
• Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform (including scripting: JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Perform unit and user acceptance testing, documentation, and deployments
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow environments and expand the use of products within client organizations
• Support clients in roadmap execution and ensure smooth operational performance
• Presales activities (supporting the sales process)

We are looking for

• Several years of professional experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
• Strong technical skills especially with Javascript (also HTML and CSS) and the ability to dive deep into system components are a must for this role
• Experience in customer collaboration, project management, and roadmap execution
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset – you are proactive in identifying customer needs
• Ability to work fluently in English - Finnish is seen as a plus

It is meritorious if you have

• ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Developer, CIS)
• The ability to technically support your team and share your expertise with junior level and other professionals
• A desire to grow into roles involving enterprise architecture and strategic development
