About the role
In this project, you will have the opportunity to design and develop software solutions that play a key role in future positioning and product development projects. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies, and deepen your expertise. The work is carried out in a hybrid model: you can work flexibly remotely, with occasional visits to the Tampere office.

Work tasks
This role focuses on the development and integration of embedded C/C++ software, specifically integrating a Java-based engine and developing real-time software for core GNSS Receiver IP products.
- Developing a SUPL/LPP client using an existing open-source library
- Testing of the developed client
- Integration to the positioning engine
We are looking for
- Strong C++ programming skills
- Understanding of SUPL/LPP positioning technology
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Java and Python is considered an advantage
It is meritorious if you have
- Basic knowledge of Java.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
