About the role
In this role, the Group Business Controller will be responsible for Group-level financial reporting, planning, and analysis, supporting both business operations and corporate functions. The position includes a combination of recurring reporting tasks and ad hoc analyses, cost control, and financial support for corporate support function leaders (e.g., IT, HR). The role also involves coordinating forecasting and annual budgeting processes, supporting strategic planning, and developing business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting content. This is an ideal opportunity for a finance professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively across functions and driving continuous improvement in financial processes.
This is a fixed-term position due to temporary resourcing needs, lasting until February 28, 2026.

Work tasks
- Prepare business performance analyses, deep dives, and financial scenarios — including balance sheet and cash flow elements
- Manage Group-level monthly closing and reporting tasks
- Support and coordinate the forecasting and annual budgeting processes
- Develop financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Provide cost controlling support for corporate support functions (e.g., IT, HR)
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and planning processes
- Contribute to the development of BI tools and reporting content in line with Group needs
We are looking for
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Business Controlling
- A solid understanding of financial accounting principles (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Advanced understanding of management reporting best practices
- A clear and structured communication style, with the ability to support and challenge stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in group consolidation and corporate-level financial reporting (considered an asset)
- Familiarity with BI tools and reporting development (considered an asset)
