About the role
As a HVAC & Piping Engineer, you lead the background and basic design of HVAC and piping systems across international projects from concept to detailed design. You will also ensure that systems are designed, documented, and executed to meet project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
In addition to leading the designing work, you prepare technical specifications, scope of supply, engineering schedules, and material-related documentation and act as a technical liaison in project meetings with yards, owners and suppliers.
To be successful in this role, you have an excellent understanding in HVAC and piping engineering and strong project management skills. As a person you are a great communicator with a problem-solving mindset.

Work tasks
- Leading the background and basic design of HVAC and piping systems across international projects
- Developing system layouts, equipment selections, and overall technical solutions in line with project requirements
- Preparing technical specifications and key engineering documentation
- Act as a technical liaison in project meetings and collaborating closely with different internal and external stakeholders
We are looking for
- Degree in relevant engineering field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and piping engineering
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead and coordinate the designing phase
- Experience with CAD and 3D modelling tools (AutoCAD, AVEVA) and Microsoft Office
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work in fast‑paced, site‑based project teams
- Fluency in English (Finnish skills is seen as an advantage)
