IT Specialist, Konecranes, Hyvinkää

About the role

In this role you will join the Customer Engagement Solutions team and your main responsibility is to participate on platform development project and act as a Scrum Master. You will manage configurations, validate technical solutions and coordinate sprints and refinement activities. As a IT specialist you work closely with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders, such as Product Owners, as you are the first point of contact as questions occur.

To be successful in this role, you need to have eager to learn mindset and high motivation to develop and understand Konecranes' processes.

Work tasks

This role involves driving platform transformation and acting as a key player by blending Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on IT specialization.

• Contributing as an IT Specialist in a platform development
• Managing configurations and validating the technical solutions
• Resolving the issues in practice
• Acting as Scrum Master and coordinating sprints and refinement activities
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for

• Relevant study background
• Understanding in IT processes and agile development methods
• Proficiency working with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• High learning ability and a desire to understand complex IT systems and problems
• Fluent in English skills
