About the role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling secure and reliable IoT architectures integrated with Android-based user interfaces. You will work closely with R&D, UX, and Operations teams to create smart, connected systems in real-world environments. This is a strategic and hands-on position for a seasoned IoT professional with strong technical leadership skills.

Work tasks
- Lead the end-to-end development of IoT solutions, from concept to deployment
- Design scalable IoT architectures including sensors, firmware, and connectivity
- Integrate hardware and software systems for real-time control and data feedback
- Develop and maintain Android applications that interface with physical systems
- Ensure high standards in software quality, CI/CD, and security
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solutions with market needs
We are looking for
- Proven experience in full-stack IoT development (hardware to cloud)
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Python
- Familiarity with microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32), and protocols (MQTT, HTTP, TCP/IP)
- Experience with IoT platforms such as AWS IoT or Azure IoT
- Android development skills (Java/Kotlin)
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles in IoT environments
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with Linux, Docker, or monitoring tools like Grafana
- Previous work in the door automation or electro-mechanical domain
- Experience in leading software or IoT development teams
