Project Manager for Sourcing & Logistics Transformation, Hyvinkää

About the role

As a Project Manager you will support our client in their large strategic sourcing and logistics transformation project. Your responsibilities consist of supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of pre-determined milestones, ensuring alignment between both internal and external stakeholders and and providing comprehensive reports to support decision-making. You manage risks efficiently throughout the rollout phase. The main focus in this role is in change management and excellent communicating and coordinating skills are the keys to success.

Work tasks

The role involves a blend of project execution, communication, and change management, focusing on onboarding the organization and understanding the current situation to implement effective solutions.

• Co-driving the execution of a sourcing and logistics transformation program across different business units
• Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of project milestones
• Providing structured reporting and insights to support decision-making
• Organizing agendas and creating clear presentations
• Supporting change management with excellent communication with various stakeholders
• Risk, dependency and change impact management

We are looking for

• Relevant educational background (e.g. Business)
• Experience in project management within supply chain, sourcing, and/or logistics
• Experience in change management
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in English, other language skills are considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel
