About the role
In this role, you will prepare detailed project plans, permits, and client-approved documentation for contractors prior to the start of construction. You will manage client communications, keeping them informed of project progress and approvals, and collaborate closely with the utility company to ensure that all documentation and technical preparations are completed on-site, enabling seamless network connection upon project handover.

Work tasks
- Manage the full lifecycle of a project site in close collaboration with the client
- Prepare detailed plans and secure necessary permits for contractors
- Engage proactively with grid companies to ensure documentation and technical readiness for commissioning
- Identify and process additional and change orders with clients
We are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management in technology industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to anticipate challenges and drive solution-oriented outcomes
- Fluent in English and Italian (working languages)
