About the role
As a Site Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the on-site operations in Italy, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You will lead and motivate teams, coordinate logistics, and uphold safety and quality protocols, collaborating closely with project management to achieve project goals.

Work tasks
- Lead on-site project management activities
- Manage subcontractors and personnel on-site
- Plan and organize production at the construction site
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on procurement and logistics planning
- Ensure and enforce occupational safety standards
- Conduct thorough quality inspections
- Maintain strong customer relationships
We are looking for
- Fluent in Italian and English (working languages)
- Proven track record as a Site Manager overseeing construction sites
- Experience in solar energy projects
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in quality control, and HSE principles (especially in the Italian context), including occupational safety protocols
- Experience in leading and coordinating personnel and subcontractors
- Excellent skills in building and fostering strong client relationships
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Italy for several months
