Office Coordinator (part-time), Nordic Semiconductor Finland, Tampere

About the role

In this part-time role, you will be the heart of our Tampere office, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and guests. Working closely with our Oulu-based support team, you will manage daily logistics, coordinate fun social events, and keep our workspace organized.

Work tasks

• Coordinate daily office operations and maintain a welcoming, tidy environment
• Organize office social events, staff gatherings, and traditional "fika" moments
• Prepare meeting rooms, including catering, cleanliness, and checking AV/IT equipment
• Manage office supplies, general procurement, and incoming/outgoing deliveries
• Welcome visitors and provide general front-desk support
• Act as the main point of contact for facility maintenance, cleaning, and equipment vendors

We are looking for

• A proactive, empathetic, and highly organized approach to work
• Fluent English skills and at least B-level (good) Finnish skills
• Experience in service-minded roles such as retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

It is meritorious if you have

• Basic knowledge of AI tools and Canva
• Norwegian and/or Swedish language skills
