About the role

In this role, you will support our client in assisting level payroll tasks, e.g. managing and processing employee expenses. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely reimbursements, contributing to employee satisfaction and financial integrity within a supportive team environment. With some prior experience in similar roles togethered with your social, structured and collaborative work approach, your success will be guaranteed.

Work tasks

Supporting in payroll related activities, e.g. managing and processing employee expenses to ensure accurate and timely reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations for expense processing, and other appointed tasks.

We are looking for

  • Suitable educational background e.g. in finance or HR
  • Some prior experience related to payroll processing
  • Proficient written and spoken English
  • A proactive, systematic, and responsible approach to work
