About the role

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for manufacturing mixed reality devices, including final assembly, test and calibration, packaging of finished goods, and device troubleshooting and repair. You will be part of the manufacturing team, taking ownership of your work and contributing to shared production goals. We are looking for a proactive team player who can work with assemblies requiring high precision and diligence. Previous experience in electronics or precision assembly, particularly in a clean room environment, is considered an advantage, as is a general interest in hardware, such as building PCs or repairing mobile phones.

Work tasks

• Final assembly of electronics, mechanics and optics
• Test and calibration of devices
• Packaging of finished products
• Problem solving and repairing of device

We are looking for

• Background in electronics, optics or precision mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Working-level English 
• Ability to work on-site

It is considered an advantage if you have

• Clean room experience
• Experience with ESD-safe handling of sensitive components, ERP and MES systems
• Previous experience in a shift-based role
