Quality Engineer, Konecranes, Hyvinkää

About the role

As a Quality Engineer, you will be working hands-on with quality processes, managing quality throughout the project lifecycle; from initial planning and supplier communication to deviation handling and final project summary. You are supported by other Quality Engineers in the team and ensure together successful quality management for projects.

Work tasks

• Creating comprehensive quality plans based on project contracts
• Communicate quality requirements to subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Manage deviations and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and resolution
• Monitor quality throughout the delivery project
• Prepare project quality summaries upon completion

We are looking for

• Suitable technical educational background (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Management, Materials Science, Automation)
• Proficiency in English
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
• Some prior work experience

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in quality management
• SAP knowledge and/or skills
• Proficiency in Finnish
