About the role
As a Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be a part of the PAM team within our client's Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization. You will take part in risk and issue mitigation and management activities. You will contribute to developing a roadmap, identifying any gaps and mitigating them within the PAM area.
Work tasks
- Drive meetings with stakeholders to capture and document business requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Process Owner, and IAM Architect to increase PAM maturity
- Support in planning and documenting future roadmaps and development areas
- Collaborate with DevOps team for effective PAM controls and processes
- Execute application risk assessments and manage mitigation of identified risks
We are looking for
- Several years of proven experience working with CyberArk or similar PAM solution
- Technical understanding of PAM environment dependencies and impact on ICT-infrastructure
- Knowledge of IAM practices for on-premise and cloud environments
- Understanding of identity security principles (SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust)
- Previous experience working with a DevOps team
- Understanding of IT processes and system development life cycle
- Familiarity with Cyber Security and IT frameworks/controls (CIS, NIST, ISO 2700x, COBIT, ITIL)
- Basic understanding of directory services, operating systems, databases, and network devices
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
- Solid technical, analytical, and documentation abilities
- Self-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
It is meritorious if you have
- Security certifications from relevant areas (IT/Cyber Security) are a plus
