Work tasks

• Lead and develop the underground aftermarket service operations in Kiruna
• Ensure operational safety, sustainability, and service excellence
• Support and guide your team in solving complex technical and maintenance challenges
• Collaborate with HR and technical departments to ensure continuous competence development
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor contract performance
• Identify and drive improvement initiatives based on customer needs and operational data
• Contribute to long-term strategic planning and manage critical maintenance events

We are looking for

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within service, operations, or mining
• A strong technical background – preferably through formal education in engineering or a related field
• Experience working with Office 365; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Full professional fluency in Swedish both spoken and written, English is seen as an advantage Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
