About the role

As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the crane software. You will work closely with developers, focusing on system testing, test automation, and ensuring not only the quality of the tests but also designing maintainable and well-structured tests.

Work tasks

• Conduct system testing for embedded crane software
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework
• Write and manage Jenkins files for continuous integration
• Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage and maintainability
• Ensure tests are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with system requirements
• Understand and test in conditions reflecting industrial realities (e.g., temperature changes, mechanical stress, environmental factors)

We are looking for

• Relevant technical education
• Strong skills in testing, preferably in an industrial or embedded systems environment
• Strong theoretical understanding of testing principles combined with practical skills to apply them
• Experience with Robot Framework
• Basic knowledge of Jenkins file writing and DevOps concepts
• Ability to understand and adapt to the specific challenges of industrial environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Fluent English
