About the role
As a Structural Analyst, you will be responsible for strength calculations and mechanical analysis of components and structures used in marine applications. Your work ensures the durability, reliability, and compliance of our products under various operational loads.

Work tasks
- Performing static, dynamic, fatigue, and vibration analyses
- Running simulations using FEM/FEA tools and interpreting results
- Preparing technical documentation and analysis reports
- Collaborating closely with design, R&D, and project engineering teams
We are looking for
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Some experience in structural analysis and mechanical calculations
- Solid knowledge of FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Siemens NX)
- Familiarity with CAD tools and interpreting 3D models
- Fluent English communication skills (Finnish is an advantage)
- Analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
