Work tasks

• Handling incoming customer support tickets (mostly without deep programming knowledge)
• Documenting and improving support processes
• Light programming/scripting and automation (with potential to grow this part over time)
• Customer communication and collaboration with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team

We are looking for

• Background in IT/software (education or relevant project/work experience)
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in English (work language); Finnish is a plus but not required

It is meritorious if you have

• Skill: JavaScript/Typescript, Python, Kubernetes and/or AWS experience is a plus Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
