About the role
As our client's UX/UI Designer, you will have an opportunity to create shippable digital products for the global market, in a leading technology company. You'll be part of a multicultural design team of around 20 professionals and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders across the organization. This is a hybrid role based in Pitäjänmäki, and due to the collaborative nature of the work, your presence at the office is expected on most days.

Work tasks
- UX/UI design for the client's products with focus on creating digital customer experience
- Close collaboration with different project stakeholders, such as product managers, developers and operations
- Arrange and facilitate definition workshops and design sprints
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create and maintain documentation
We are looking for
- A Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or a related design field
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with at least 2 years of experience in B2B and portfolio showcasing successful delivery of shippable products
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and requirements into production-ready design deliverables
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Illustrator
- Basic understanding of technologies like Web Components, React, Vue and Angular
- Good knowledge of service design and/or user research methods
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
