Treasury Specialist, NG Nordic, Espoo

About the role

As a Treasury Specialist, you will be part of the Group’s day-to-day treasury operations in Finland. You will take responsibility for liquidity management, cash management, bank account monitoring, and cash flow forecasting. You will also support the implementation and development of our ERP system (Dynamics) and Nomentia. You will work closely with the Group Treasury team in Oslo, as well as internal stakeholders in Finland, including IWS Finance, accounting, legal, and banks. This is a hands-on role where you will influence the development and standardization of treasury processes and participate in bank account rationalization and integration projects.

Work tasks

• Daily liquidity and cash management, monitoring and optimizing bank accounts
• Handling payments and supporting treasury systems
• Preparing and analyzing short-term cash flow forecasts
• Monitoring bank guarantees, KYC, and other treasury-related compliance tasks
• Participating in bank account rationalization and integration projects
• Standardizing processes and reducing manual steps
• Close collaboration with Group Treasury, including reporting and analysis

We are looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in treasury or finance roles
• ERP experience (Dynamics, SAP or similar)
• Experience with treasury/payment systems, such as Nomentia
• Strong Excel and Office skills
• Fluent English (Finnish is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with intercompany loans, cash pools, or payment automation
• Experience in process development and standardization
