About the role

As a Warranty Project Engineer, you will participate in managing project-specific warranty periods and handling customer complaints in the SAP system. In this role, you will analyze root causes, record complaints, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Work tasks

• Management of project warranty periods and project support
• Handling customer complaints, analyzing root causes, and recording them
• Acting as the customer and stakeholder interface to resolve project issues

We are looking for

• A relevant educational background (e.g., engineering degree)
• Strong SAP skills
• Fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop in the role
