About the role

As an HR Systems & Integration Specialist, you will act as a vital bridge between IT, HR and the broader business. In this highly technical, hands-on role you will actively configure systems and manage integrations rather than just coordinating them, working closely with a supportive local and Nordic IT team.

Work tasks

As an HR Systems & Integration Specialist you work in a technical and hands-on role focused on managing, developing, and configuring the HR technology landscape, ensuring seamless system integrations and data flows across the organization.

• Own and develop the HR technology landscape, including architecture, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Manage application lifecycle activities, including updates, testing, deployments, and operational reliability.
• Translate HR and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Drive data quality, integration governance, and compliance with security standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and architectural transparency.

We are looking for

• Degree in IT, HR systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in HR systems, solution management, or application architecture.
• Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, workflows, and enterprise application landscapes.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday is a plus.
• Proven ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in both English and Finnish.
