About the role

In this versatile role, you will play a key part in supporting daily warehouse and production logistics, ensuring that materials, tools, and spare parts are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely.

Work tasks

• Receive incoming shipments, verify product condition and quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP.
• Organize, store, check, and pack special tools, components, and spare parts for dispatch or internal use.
• Perform routine stock takes and inventory control tasks to ensure precise stock levels.
• Carry out minor modifications to control panels and support basic technical assembly/prep work as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following safety guidelines.
• Work closely with warehouse and production team members to ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for

• Relevant Experience: Previous background in warehouse operations, storekeeping, or inventory management.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP systems).
• Fluent Finnish and English skills.
• Electrical educational background or previous experience is considered as an advantage.

Skills & Mindset:

• Good attention to detail, precision, and ability to follow standard procedures.
• Ability to assist in minor technical or panel modification tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
