About the role

As a Backend Developer, you will own cloud services end-to-end to scale our platform for growing global demand. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and Customer Success to build secure, multi-tenant solutions. Your work will directly impact clinical workflows and patient care worldwide.

Work tasks

You will develop and scale the cloud platform behind our flagship products, focusing on identity management, multi-tenant data isolation, and robust security.

• Design, build, and operate backend services in .NET and Python
• Own services end-to-end, including architecture, testing, and deployment
• Build federated SSO to integrate hospitals with identity providers like Azure AD
• Develop scalable multi-tenant authorization and automated customer onboarding
• Design and evolve multi-tenant database schemas with strict isolation
• Ensure high standards of security, compliance, and patient data protection
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and Customer Success on environment issues

We are looking for

• Advanced knowledge of .NET and backend software development
• Experience building and operating production-grade backend services
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

It is meritorious if you have

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Entity Framework
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Experience in healthcare, medical imaging, or AI-driven products
