About the role
As an electrical designer, you will be part of an expert team within a global technology company, focusing on the development and assembly of technical training kits and troubleshooting tools.

Work tasks
Your role is central to the electrical design, documentation, and practical implementation of training and diagnostic tools. You will ensure high-quality solutions by creating schematics, assembling hardware, and developing CAN bus diagnostics.
- Creating schematics and layout designs for specialized training hardware and diagnostic tools using CAD software
- Building and testing physical, portable training kits designed for heavy-duty mobile equipment systems
- Developing and implementing 24V and CAN bus-based troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic solutions
- Producing technical instructions and working with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into functional training concepts
We are looking for
- A suitable background in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of 24V systems
- Strong understanding of CAN bus technology and experience with electrical design software (CAD)
- A hands-on approach—you are comfortable using tools, wiring components, and solving electrical faults independently
- Fluent English skills (both written and spoken), Finnish skills are seen as an asset
